Walk of Life is the leading talent and career advisory service for the impact, sustainability, corporate responsibility and international development sectors.
For more than five years we have partnered with founder Shannon Houde to create a series of targeted professional development products and services. During this time Shannon’s offer has evolved significantly and 2017 saw us take the leap of creating two distinct sub-brands targeted at specific audience groups.
Walk of Life Coaching is a unique online career-change coaching course, which enables conscious jobseekers to self-study their way to a career in the impact sector. While Walk of Life Leaders is a coaching consultancy offering targeted at executives within companies who wish to retain their talent and develop change leaders.
For Walk of Life Coaching we supported Shannon in the design of a self-study course product that would increase access to her coaching curriculum unrestricted by the physical capacity of real-life coach’s diaries.
The 13-step course comprises a combination of video lessons, interactive tests and downloadable homework tools all accessible from within a secure online members area accessible via a responsive website which is equal parts product brochure and information hub.
A combination of bold typography, dynamic photography and intuitive iconography create a visually appealing and consumer-driven brand identity. Pages are kept simple with a clear narrative flow selling the features of the course to prospective customers.
In parallel we created a standalone website, providing a dedicated online home for the Walk of Life Leaders brand and ensuring clear separation between the brands and their respective audiences.
To reflect the consultancy nature of the services Walk of Life Leaders is more portfolio and credentials focussed with a slightly adapted identity system bringing out the more corporate and mature tone of the senior management audience, all the while remaining unmistakably Walk of Life.
As well as producing new marketing collateral we provided the Walk of Life team with customisable branded templates and guidance so they could create day-to-day collateral themselves and be self-sufficient in their marketing and outreach.
The end result is one of the most comprehensive and accessible impact sector coaching resources in the world.
