Brand identity and system design
Walk of Life Consulting is the leading talent and career advisory service for the impact, sustainability, corporate responsibility and international development sectors.
For more than five years we have partnered with founder Shannon Houde to create a series of targeted professional development products and services. 2016 saw us partner with her once more to develop Walk of Life Leaders, a subset of the brand, offering executive coaching consultancy services targeted at companies who wish to retain talent and develop change leaders.
Rather than a radical brand overhaul our approach was to evolve the existing identity, bringing out a more serious and mature tone that reflects the more senior management audience while remaining unmistakably Walk of Life.
As well as producing new marketing collateral we provided Shannon with customisable templates and brand guidance so junior members of her team could create day-to-day collateral themselves.
We also created a standalone website, providing a dedicated online home for the Walk of Life Leaders brand and ensuring clear separation between the brands and their respective audiences.
